Return Policy
In the unlikely event, where there is a manufacturer fault, customer must inform Lavish Pet Centre within 3 days. The product has to be exchange within 5 days from the delivery date. The venue for exchange is at 1 Rochdale Road, Singapore 535814 (during our operating hours).
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that there will NOT be any refund. Customer can exchange for other items of higher value, and top up the differences.
All exchange will be done at the discretion of Lavish Pet Centre.
